Who We Are

Established in 2012 by the Government of Punjab, Government Polytechnic College, Kotkapura is the only government technical institute in District Faridkot. The college is known for its academic and moral standards and for its achievements in academics, sports and extra-curricular activities. Since its inception, it has put in vigorous efforts towards building a conducive atmosphere for academic and cultural activities, which has consistently translated into excellent results and laurels.

The campus is situated near Fun Plaza on Moga Bypass, 500 metres from the main Kotkapura-Moga Highway, and spans 8.75 acres of lush greenery in a well-developed area. The foundation stone of the college was laid by the Hon'ble Technical Education Minister, Sh. Anil Joshi, on 19 September 2013.

Affiliated with PSBTE & IT, Chandigarh and AICTE, New Delhi, the college offers Diploma programmes in Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering. With state-of-the-art infrastructure, well-equipped laboratories, airy classrooms and a rich library, the institute continues to contribute to the vision of Digital India.
